Pizza Night at Fenwicks Cafe 18th August 2022.  

The Club held a hugely successful Pizza Night on 18 August 2022 at Fenwicks Café in Chichester. We had over 50 members and guests enjoying the evening, with plenty of delicious pizza choices. The outdoor venue at Fenwicks, with the fantastic summer weather, created the perfect setting for everyone to mix and socialise. Tickets were £15 each, subsidised by the Club and represented great value, with all you could eat pizza and salad, a free drink of wine or beer on arrival and free entry into the raffle.

The highlight of the night was the entertainment, kindly provided by our very own Club members Ian Stewart, accompanied by Louis Davis. In Ian’s earlier years (Late 1980’s – 1990’s) he was the lead singer in the Indie/Rock band Brussel Spaceship and this was a fantastic opportunity to hear a mix of his own songs and a few covers too. A big thanks to Ian and Louis for their energy and performance.

Towards the end of the evening a raffle was held and some rather nice bottles of wine distributed to the lucky winners. Congratulations go specially to Ken Dolman who proudly announced “I have never won a raffle before!”.
